He was born in İskenderun, Hatay in 1982. He completed his elementary, secondary and highschool education in different cities of Anatolia because his mother and father were teacher. He completed his undergraduate education at English Faculty of Medicine, Marmara University in 2007 and was entitled “Medical Doctor” title. During his compulsory service in Siirt, he started his public health specialization at Mustafa Kemal University and worked as research assistant.
